Bethany Roberts, is a postdoctoral research associate at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health at the University of Exeter. She completed her PhD in Biosciences and a BSc in Conservation Biology and Ecology, and so brings an ecological perspective to the field of human health and wellbeing. Before Blue Communities, she worked as a postdoc analysing pan-European survey data for the BlueHealth and SOPHIE project. In her current role in Project 6 she uses her analytical and data presentation skills to support capacity building across the project. Her research interests are in understanding the interactions between humans and the environment, and the impacts of these interactions.
